Sausage Stuffed Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers

Ingredients:

12 Jalapenos
12 Slices of Bacon, halved
1 Block of Cream Cheese
1 lb Jimmy Dean Reduced Fat Sausage, cooked
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar
1/4 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder







Directions:

Halve the jalapenos and remove stem and tough flesh attached to stem. Remove seeds. Add hot cooked sausage on top of cream cheese to facilitate mixing. Mix in cheddar and garlic powder. Stuff jalapenos with mixture. Cut bacon in half and wrap each slice around the peppers. Secure with toothpicks if desired. Cook at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown.
