Soft Caramel for Popcorn:

1c brown sugar
1 stick butter
1c karo syrup
1 can condensed milk

Heat until mixed the pour over popcorn Note: Karo Syrup is corn syrup heat until all the ingredients are combined and the mixture melts, don't overcook it.
